ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Personnel Management
A. Participate in the interview and hiring process of temporary field workers
B. Training
C. Supervision
D. Assist project leader in preparing the estimate of seasonal workers to be used during the winter season.
E. Assist in monitoring and enforcing the safety policies and practices of the company under his/her operation
II. Nursery Programs Management
A. Assist as necessary in the planting planification
B. Communication flow
C. Seed receiving
D. Assist in seed planting arrangement by programs and priorities.
E. Assist in making the field books
F. Assist in machine plantings by programs and hand planting of delays in proper way
G. Assist in spreading of mice poison baits for seed protection as necessary
III. Management of research agricultural practices
IV. Harvest Management
V. Seed Conditioning and Shipping
VI. Assist in maintaining all Inventories
VII. Assist in Record Keeping
VIII. Operational Policies
IX. All other work required.
